I previously mentioned that I have a bad habit of not taking notes when I visit museums. It took me an hour of searching to find details about this head I saw at the Seattle Art Museum last August.
This is Robert Arneson's "This Head is Mine" from 1980. Arneson specialized in ceramic art. He made a few self portraits in this style.
This piece has lots of strange messages all over.
I played with a lot of settings on my Nokia 808 Pureview with these photos. This is the only one that got the color right.
I find it hard to get a knack for close ups. I picked the wrong spots to focus.
